The Fur Jacket Wrap Up

Hi everyone! Hope you are having a fantastic Wednesday so far and looking forward to Christmas next week! I would say that NYC has given us some great winter days so far. Most days are cold, but still sunny with clear blue skies. I love to wrap myself in a fur jacket on days like these to shield from the wind and to keep warm. You will be pleasantly surprised just how much body heat fur is able to retain!

Meet the Frenchie!

Hi everyone! Happy Tuesday! Hope you are having a wonderful day so far! So...what happens when the rain stops and the sun peeps out?...French bulldogs (aka Frenchies) are out and about! Ha... I know that it will be a little while before I can get one of my own, so, in the mean time, I brought out my Frenchie on a sweater. I think this little guy has got a bit of a tough attitude, but we can work with that =P

Hi everyone! Happy Monday! To those who celebrated Thanksgiving, hope you all had a fantastic time with your family and loved ones. Our Thanksgiving dinner was turkey plus all the trimmings...yummo! It was hubby's first time cooking the turkey and I must admit, it was a huge success and everyone loved it!

Waffle Print with Fur Warmer

Hi everyone! Hope you are enjoying your weekend and are looking forward to Thanksgiving next week. I am super excited and just drinking in all the festivities. In light of celebrations, I grabbed my cheerfully colored canary yellow waffle knit today, paired it with a chunky neck warmer, a pair of tall suede boots, and I was ready for a casual day out.

Fly Away...

Hi everyone! Hope you are having a fabulous day filled with lots of sunshine! I apologise for this delayed post. Hubby and I have been super busy lately as we are preparing our move to NYC!! It's a huge move for the two of us, despite the challenges ahead, we are more excited about the adventures we will experience in the new city. I am definitely looking forward to updating my blog from the fashion capital of the world! Military Inspired: Olive Green

Hi everyone! Hope you are having a fantastic day! What a glorious day today in Melbourne, not a cloud in the sky and the sun is shining down on us like summer is already here! Excited, I wanted to experiment with a military inspired colour - Olive Green. This blouse did the trick and fixed my colour craving for the day. I also adore the neat line of gold spike stud buttons that form a uniform line down the front of the blouse =)

Casual Maroon Ruffles and Navy Spots

I chose a slightly darker and richer colour scheme outfit today, and went with subtle maroon ruffles with whimsical navy polka dots. I thought they were fitting for a day outdoors, under the sun, against the cool spring breeze =)

Neutral Colour-blocking

Hi everyone! Hope you are having a wonderful day! Since the weather is so pleasant today, I decided on a simple, neutral toned, colour-blocking dress. This dress is just a dream to wear. The fabric is silky smooth but not clingy, and it grazes nicely over the body. The thoughtful neutral colour combination  makes the dress extremely versatile and easy to pair. I also think it is the perfect canvas to incorporate a dazzling statement necklace! =)

It makes a perfect decoration, a fantastic conversation starter and let's not forget...it is the foundation of a highly anticipated and brilliant gift =)

Happy Botanical

Hi everyone! Happy Wednesday! Hope you are having a wonderful day! I greeted the first few days of spring with these what I call "happy botanical pants". I absolutely adore the colour mix and the vibrant floral patterns scattered throughout. They looked so peppy hanging there on the shelf, I could almost hear the light happy Spring humming (haha...yes, vivid imagination =P). She definitely had me at hello and I happily took her home, eager to showcase her at the start of the new season.
