Pop of Bright: Chartreuse Yellow

Hi everyone, happy Tuesday! Hope you are having an awesome week :) I am warming up the cold winter days with chartreuse yellow today. Just looking at this color makes me feel warmer and happier. I think it's crucial to introduce mood elevators such as vibrant colors during the frigid winter to remind us that we are more than half way through the cold, and spring is just around the corner.

Hi everyone, happy new year! Hope everyone's having a fabulous start to 2015! I must first apologize for being MIA, it has been a while since my last post. I went to Italy during Thanksgiving, came back from vacation, got caught up with work and all the general holiday craziness. Hi everyone, happy Wednesday! Hope you are having a great day! Weather lately has been kinda humid with mixed showers and high winds. Overall, April has been really sporadic and unpredictable, but it is safe to say winter has finally left us. As you can see, I'm enjoying this summer outfit on an extremely warm spring day. This was taken in Brooklyn, during the start of the summer rooftop drinking/hangout session. One of my favorite things in the city during the summer - a great rooftop :) You get a great view of the city and in this particular case, a perfect view of Manhattan.

Spring Gingham Trench

Hi everyone, happy Wednesday! What a beautiful spring day! Looks like we are taking a small break from the April rain for some much needed sunshine. I absolutely adore days like this where the temperature is perfect to throw on a light trench, and who can say no to some gingham? :P I've been a little busy lately with work. Between starting a new job, welcoming a new season and planning the next getaway, life has been a little chaotic. I think a splash of blue might just bring some calm and peace to keep me focused.

Hi everyone, hope you are having a fantastic day! I'm mixing some staple prints with a vibrant blazer today in the hope of  adding some cheer to this slightly overcast day. I've been on the hunt for a classic red blazer for a long time. I'll admit, the search hasn't been short or easy. A great cut and fit aside, finding the right shade of red proved to be challenging but crucial. It's like searching for that perfect shade of red lipstick, a process not to be rushed :P

Fall for Classics

Hi everyone, happy Halloween! Hope you have plenty of candy in stock and let the spooky parties begin! I haven't been feeling very well for the last couple of days and am definitely on the way to a speedy recovery. The temperature in NYC dropped significantly over the last week or so and my body was madly adjusting to this crazy weather :P My cold day remedy?...nothing like a great trench coat to warm up a windy and miserable day...and chicken soup of course! :)

Hi everyone, happy Thursday! Hope you are looking forward to the weekend! I definitely am after a long week. Next week, I will be flying out to Zurich for a few days to soak up some beautiful picturesque scenery, rich European culture and of course, catching up with good friends.
