Lady in Red

Hi everyone, happy Thursday! Hope you are looking forward to the weekend! I definitely am after a long week. Next week, I will be flying out to Zurich for a few days to soak up some beautiful picturesque scenery, rich European culture and of course, catching up with good friends. Even though this is not my first time there, I am beyond excited! I would love to share my photos with everyone when I get back.

Lately, I have been loving the black and white combination. I often add a pop of color that complements this timeless duo. For me, black and white is almost a fool proof union. It's so simple, effortless and versatile. Today, I added some sparkles and a dash of red to the mixture =)

I've always had mixed emotions about sparkly, sequined clothing. I love them, but feel that caution needs to be exercised around them. They just have such a big personality in the room, you want to make sure they present you in the best possible light. So, how much is too much? Over the years, I have learnt that you can definitely enjoy their company whilst still looking tasteful and classy. A little really goes a long way!

Adding some colors and sequins to your clothing or accessories is a winning formula to catch some attention. I hope your little sparkly number makes you feel as glamorous and sophisticated as they make you look!
