Let It Rain...

Hi everyone, hope you are having a fantastic week! They say April showers bring May flowers, I sure hope so, cos there's nothing worse than a whole weekend filled with continuous rain. What do you do when the weather is not going your way? Spend it indoors browsing the Brooklyn museum and more importantly, wear something that will instantly cheer you up. At least, that was my rainy day remedy :)

I mixed quite a few different textures with this outfit, from wool to leather to rubber rain boots and some serious bling around the neckline. What can I say...a 'serious' day always calls for some serious pairing in happy colors and shiny jewels ;P

So sometimes things may not always go the way we would like or hope, but when this happens, we must stay positive, learn to enjoy a good dance in the rain, and wait for that rainbow! :)
