Snake Charming Fashion?

Hi Everyone! Hope you all had a wonderful weekend or an extra long Australia Day weekend! The weather was beautiful, and the sun was out...I say, soak up the sunshine while we can hey?!

Animal print has been around the fashion block for quite some time now. The traditional leopard print has at some point in your life been incorporated into your wardrobe in some shape or form. Let it be that pretty leopard print scarf or those sexy wild cat print pumps or even that warm cosy leopard print coat you have safely stashed away, preparing for the cold wintery days.
Ready or not, snakeskin print was one of the strongest autumn/winter 2011 prints on the catwalk. It has been quickly making its way from some of the top designer runway shows to high street fashion, and sure enough, it is setting new fashion trends; quickly becoming the new season alternative to the ever popular leopard print.
Let's be honest, the vibrant colours and smooth textures of the python print (faux of course) does make one feel very exotic and sensual. This trend also comes in a variety of other colours, both in natural hues and colour washed versions.

So, if you are tired of your wild cat print and contemplating something new, why not try a fun reptile print instead? If you are interested in this trend, but not quite ready for the plunge and prefer to embrace it in a more subtle way, why not opt for a single-hued serpentine print accessory like booties or a clutch bag? Doesn't matter if you're a risk-taker or prefer more of a classic look, you can always bring some life into your wardrobe with some colourful snakeskin accents :)

  2. This design is spectacular! You certainly know how to
keep a reader entertained. Between your wit and your videos, I was almost moved to start my
own blog (well, almost...HaHa!) Fantastic job.
I really enjoyed what you had to say, and more than that,
how you presented it. Too cool!
