Maxi to Midi

Hi everyone, happy Wednesday! It's not often NYC summer days are breezy, but today is one of those days. I took full advantage of this weather and walked down the west side highway to catch the cool breeze and a beautiful sunset at dusk. When you live in NYC, I'm sure many would agree with me that space (especially closet space) is prime real estate, and a frequent issue for apartment dwellers. Having a highly efficient closet has always been a priority of mine and today I am wearing this maxi skirt that doubles as a midi dress. I love clothing pieces that are versatile with multiple functionality :)

Since summer is in full swing, I have been collecting and enjoying maxi dresses and skirts. I was overjoyed to be able to wear this maxi skirt in a variety of ways. I think they are not only comfortable to wear in the heat, but also very practical pieces to add to your wardrobe. Most maxi skirts can be easily converted into a great strapless summer midi dress. Make sure you belt it and add plenty of accessories to show off your personal style!
