When it comes to finding outfits to wear for travelling, it's critical to think about where you are going, what the weather will be like there and the activities you will be doing while you are travelling (e.g., walking, exploring, outdoor, dining, shopping etc). For me, I always put comfort as a first priority, particularly if I know I will be moving around or on my feet all day long. I also like to consider the durability of my travelling outfits material. I tend not to bring along anything that is too delicate (unless you have an important occasion/event to attend to). This will save you a lot of grief when you stain/dirty/damage your outfits when you are travelling. The last thing you want to do is to worry about your clothes or be restricted by what you wear.
This summer in NYC, I have been seeing a lot of brights, pops of colours, neons, whites, and fun summer prints in many shops. They are just perfect for the summer!
If you follow me on Instagram, you would have seen some snap shots I took of the beautiful NYC. It's been so great to be back in the city, and I am absolutely loving the warm weather, catching up with old friends, meeting new friends, soaking up the immense energy that the city has to offer, savouring all the delicious meals and experimenting things that put a smile on my face. NYC, the city that never sleeps, the home of fashion, culture and style, thank you! =)
