Sunny Side Up

Hi everyone, happy Wednesday! We've been having a pretty mild summer until recently. It's gotten so hot, humid and uncomfortable in the city the past week that it feels like summer just started. To survive the humidity, light, breathable layers are a must ;) I've had this cheerful maxi skirt for a while, but never had the chance to take her out for a spin all summer, until now. She was definitely a great choice in this heat and a splash of enthusiastic optimism I needed for the week.

I was all ready to transition into fall until this recent heat wave, but looks like it's short lived and the new season is just around the corner. I am super excited for fall, one of my favorite seasons in the city.
