Tropical Paradise

Hi everyone! Hope you are all having a fabulous week! Over the Memorial Day long weekend, I went to Miami to soak up some tropical weather and enjoy the beautiful sandy beach! The weather was as expected...just delightful. It was warm and breezy during the day and by night, it cools down to the perfect temperature for a yummy cocktail by the pool and watch the sun set over the horizon. Gorgeous tropical weather calls for a vibrant and happy dress. I wore this silky, floral cutie during the day to stroll around town and then switched to a pair of pumps for a dinner date with friends at night. She was great company, and very complementary to beautiful Miami :)

Coming back to NYC, I was greeted by miserable weather for days and a busy work schedule. Non stop rain and wind in the first few days, throw some humidity in to this mix, it's not difficult to miss Miami. Alas, there will always be that next holiday!

As summer approaches (probably sooner than we think, as NYC is already hot and humid), I hope you will find that breezy, fuss free, but pretty little dress to take you from the office to an outdoor alfresco happy hour or a delicious dinner date with great company! Enjoy the upcoming warm weather!
